Orders

The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp, call us on +44 7487 594 802, or fill in the contact form on our Contact page. Tell us what you'd like, any dietary needs, and your preferred date — and we'll confirm everything with you directly.

For personal or family meals, we ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice. For weekly meal plans, we recommend setting up your plan a week in advance. For catering and events, please give us at least 1–2 weeks so we can plan the menu, quantities and logistics properly.

Absolutely! Weekly meal plans are one of our most popular services. Just get in touch and we'll discuss your preferred meals, portion sizes, dietary needs and a convenient collection or delivery schedule. We'll tailor the plan entirely to you.

Yes — that's the beauty of ordering from a home kitchen. Every order is personalised. You can request specific dishes, adjust spice levels, swap ingredients, and specify portion sizes. Just let us know your preferences when you order.

Yes! Our full menu is available on the Menu page. We also welcome requests for dishes not listed — just ask and we'll let you know if it's something we can prepare for you.

Catering & Events

We cater for a wide range of occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, engagements, christenings, naming days, corporate lunches, house parties, graduations and more. If you're gathering people together, we'd love to feed them.

We're flexible — from intimate gatherings of 10 guests right up to large events of 100 or more. Get in touch with your expected guest count and we'll plan accordingly.

Yes! We offer handcrafted canapes, sweet treat platters, dessert tables and event decoration services. These can be booked alongside catering or as standalone services. Visit our Catering page for more details.

Yes — for catering bookings we arrive at your venue, set up the food and serve your guests so you can relax and enjoy the occasion. Setup times and logistics are agreed at the time of booking.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for events, and as early as possible for large gatherings or events during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, summer). This allows us to plan the perfect menu and ensure everything is prepared to the highest standard.

Delivery & Collection

We offer both delivery and collection. Delivery availability and any associated charges depend on your location. Please get in touch when placing your order and we'll confirm the best option for you.

We're based in Carlisle, Cumbria and primarily serve the local area. For catering at venues outside Carlisle, please contact us to discuss — we'll always try our best to accommodate you.

Delivery times are agreed when you place your order. We aim to be punctual and will always keep you updated. For catering, arrival and setup times are confirmed in advance as part of your booking.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and other convenient payment methods. Payment details will be confirmed when you place your order. For online orders through our website, we accept card payments and Apple Pay.

Yes — for catering and larger event bookings, we typically require a deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount and remaining balance details will be confirmed in your quote. This ensures we can source the best ingredients and plan everything thoroughly for your event.

We understand circumstances can change. For personal meal orders, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. For catering bookings, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation — we're always happy to work with you.

Dietary & Allergens

Absolutely. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary needs. Just let us know when placing your order and we'll tailor the menu accordingly. Your health and enjoyment matter to us.

We take allergens very seriously. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. For detailed allergen information on specific dishes, please visit our Allergen Info page or contact us directly. We prepare food in a home kitchen environment, so cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.

Yes! We can adjust spice levels and ingredients to make meals suitable for children. Just let us know the age of the children and any preferences when ordering and we'll make sure it's perfect for the little ones.
